2. Estimates and Quotes
Free estimates provided by Sharp Edge Siding of Lutz are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on conditions visible at the time of inspection. Hidden damage, unforeseen structural issues, or changes in material pricing may result in adjustments to the final project cost. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing before work proceeds.
3. Service Agreements and Payment
A written service agreement will be provided and must be signed before work begins. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and final payment schedules, are outlined in your individual service agreement. We accept various payment methods as specified in your agreement. Final payment is due upon satisfactory completion of work.
4. Permits and Inspections

Permit fees are included in the project estimate unless otherwise noted. The customer is responsible for ensuring HOA approvals are obtained prior to project commencement if applicable.
5. Warranties
Sharp Edge Siding of Lutz provides a workmanship warranty on all installation services as detailed in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We will assist you in submitting manufacturer warranty claims as needed. Warranties are void if materials are modified or damaged by the customer or third parties after installation.
6. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations or changes to a confirmed project must be made in writing. Cancellations after materials have been ordered may result in restocking fees or material costs being charged. Changes to the project scope after work has begun will be documented in a written change order and may affect project cost and timeline.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for: (a) ensuring clear access to all work areas; (b) removing personal property, vehicles, and outdoor furniture from the work zone prior to start date; (c) disclosing any known hazardous materials such as asbestos or lead paint; (d) maintaining a safe environment for our crew during the project.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sharp Edge Siding of Lutz's liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by Florida law.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from services rendered shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
