1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging the services of Sharp Edge Siding of Tarpon Springs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
2. Services
Sharp Edge Siding of Tarpon Springs provides professional exterior siding installation, replacement, and related services including vinyl siding, EIFS, Hardie Board (fiber cement), and wood siding. All services are subject to a written contract or proposal agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement of work.
3. Estimates & Quotes
Free estimates are provided without obligation. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Prices may change after expiry due to material cost fluctuations or changes in project scope. Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented via a written change order signed by both parties.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the project contract. Typically, a deposit is required to secure scheduling, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Past-due balances are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. The customer is responsible for any costs of collection, including reasonable attorney's fees.
5. Permits & Compliance
Where required by local ordinance, we obtain the necessary building permits as part of our service. The customer agrees to provide reasonable site access and to comply with any HOA requirements prior to project commencement. Delays caused by permit processing or HOA approvals are outside our control and may affect the project timeline.
6. Workmanship Warranty
We warrant our workmanship against defects in installation for a period of two (2) years from the date of project completion. This warranty covers labor costs associated with correcting installation defects. It does not cover damage caused by severe weather events, improper maintenance, modifications made by others, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Sharp Edge Siding of Tarpon Springs be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Projects may be cancelled or rescheduled by providing written notice at least 72 hours before the scheduled start date. Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice if materials have been ordered or pre-staged for the project.
9. Website Use
The content on this website is for general informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or remove any content at any time without notice. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
